Van Builder / Vehicle Systems Technician
Willoughby, OH
Advanced RV builds world-class custom camper vans on Mercedes-Benz Sprinter and Ford Transit platforms. Every vehicle is unique and built by a small team of highly skilled craftspeople in our 85,000 sq. ft. climate-controlled facility in Willoughby, Ohio.
We are looking for a hands-on builder who enjoys working across multiple trades – electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and interior installation – to help bring our custom vans to life. If you like solving problems, working with your hands, and seeing a project come together from start to finish, this role offers the opportunity to build something different every day.
Applicants are encouraged to tour our facility before accepting a position.
What you’ll do:
- Install and assemble systems in custom camper vans including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and interior components
- Work with batteries, lighting, water systems, cabinetry, and vehicle components
- Troubleshoot installation issues during production and service work
- Collaborate with engineers and craftspeople to complete high-quality builds
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
