Special Note on the Vaccine

Advanced-RV has a strong commitment to each other and our broad community through trust and support. This is the reason we require new hires to be vaccinated against COVID 19. We make this requirement after consulting clients, doctors, and other medical resources, making ourselves aware of the CDC and other world health publications and reviewing the science behind the development and testing of the vaccines. There is risk in everything we do. However, based on our research, unless one has an identified health risk to taking the COVID 19 vaccine, the risk to individual and community health is exponentially greater from being infected by COVID than it is from being vaccinated. Thank you for your cooperation.
