Rentals & Rates

We regret to inform everyone that we are cancelling the ARV Rental program. The pre-owned Advanced RVs we’ve used as rentals are being purchased quicker than ever and it has been difficult to keep units available. ARV is grateful to have shared the Class B travel experience via rentals with so many people over the years.

Personal checks are accepted only if received more than 2 weeks prior to the rental date. Renter is responsible for state and local sales/use taxes, as applicable.

Does an ARV Rental come with insurance?

You are primarily responsible for all damage or loss you cause to others or their property. You have either provided us with an insurance binder indicating that you have primary motor vehicle liability, collision and comprehensive insurance covering you, us, and the vehicle, or you have elected to purchase liability, collision and comprehensive insurance from MBA Insurance. If the bound coverage is not primary, you will be personally liable for all damage you cause to others or their property. If you elect to purchase coverage from MBA Insurance, the terms of that coverage are provided to you directly from MBA Insurance.

Renter may purchase Supplemental Liability Insurance (SLI) directly thru MBA Insurance company.  Additional Personal Accident & Personal Effects Insurance is also available.

We highly recommend you purchase Travel Insurance to help protect you in the event of an unexpected cancellation or if your trip is interrupted. Click here to learn how you may purchase trip coverage from Allianz Global.

What is your towing policy?

Using the vehicle for towing is not permitted without express authorization from ARV Rentals.

Do I need to clean an ARV Rental after use?

Yes, renter is responsible for tire damage not caused by normal wear and tear.

Can I camp with an ARV Rental in cold weather?

Camping in freezing temperatures is prohibited as this could endanger both yourself and the vehicle.  If you expect freezing temps, contact our staff to schedule a vehicle “winterization” no less than 3 days in advance. This will prevent burst pipes, plumbing leaks, pump failure, etc. Snow chains may be required in some areas. Check weather forecasts ahead of time. Prepare a backup plan in case weather conditions disrupt your itinerary. Travel Insurance is recommended.

Who can I contact if I have any troubles with an ARV Rental?
